Refund Policy of FlashSkins.gg Website

  1. This document forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and constitutes a legally binding agreement between the User and FlashSkins.gg. By making a purchase or exchange transaction, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy. FlashSkins.gg is an online platform that enables the purchase and trade of virtual items used in video games.
  2. WHEN ARE PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
    1. Digital Content (Skins)
      Transactions involving virtual items (skins) are classified as digital content. Due to their nature, they are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. Once a transaction is confirmed—regardless of whether it concerns a purchase, sale, or trade—it is considered final and irreversible.
    2. FlashSkins Account Balance and Service Fees
      Transactions involving the FlashSkins account balance and service fees are deemed fully executed once access to the respective funds or features has been granted. In such cases, the right of withdrawal is also excluded, and the User consents to this upon completing the transaction.
  3. BY ACCEPTING THIS REFUND POLICY AND MAKING A PURCHASE, THE USER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO WAIVE THEIR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ANY CLAIMS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH.
  4. A REFUND MAY ONLY BE GRANTED IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
    1. The product was not delivered
      Order fulfillment begins once the payment is confirmed. It usually takes a few seconds but can take up to 7 days depending on the payment method. The status can be checked in the FlashSkins.gg account.
    2. The purchased item is under trade lock (hold)
      In such cases, the User receives a virtual copy of the item, which can be exchanged during the lock period. Transfer to the Steam inventory is only possible after the lock period ends. This is not considered a non-delivery.
    3. Fraudulent transaction
      If a payment was made without the User's knowledge (e.g., due to data theft), the User must immediately contact FlashSkins.gg support. If the funds are still in our system and the transaction has not been finalized, a refund may be possible. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee this.
    4. The product was not delivered for another reason
      If the item was not delivered due to any other reason, the User should contact support. Upon verification and confirmation of the issue, the refund process will be initiated.
  5. WHEN ARE PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
    1. Digital content has been delivered
      Once a transaction involving skins or other digital content is confirmed, no refund is granted, as these are instantly fulfilled products.
    2. The service has been fully rendered
      Access to the account balance or platform functionality has been granted — the service is considered fully delivered and therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal.
    3. A payment method not supporting refunds was used
      Some payment methods do not support refunds. If such a method is used, the transaction is considered final and irreversible. In such cases, the funds may be credited to the FlashSkins.gg account balance instead of being returned to the original payment method.
      To check whether a payment method allows refunds, we encourage you to contact FlashSkins.gg support before completing the transaction.
    4. Partially used funds are non-refundable
      If the user has made a purchase using their account balance, any remaining unused funds are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method. These funds will remain available on the user’s FlashSkins.gg balance and can only be used within the platform.
  6. WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT A REFUND? Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, in the same currency, minus any applicable operator fees. Refunds are usually issued within 14 days, but no later than 45 days from the time of approval. If the chosen payment method does not support refunds, the funds will be credited to the FlashSkins.gg account balance.
