These Terms of Service define the conditions for the provision of electronic services via the website https://FlashSkins.gg, owned by OXMIS LTD, HE 467004, Markou Drakou, 69, Mesa Geitonia, 4002, Limassol, Cyprus.
Users may contact the website owner via:
Traditional mail (Markou Drakou, 69, Mesa Geitonia, 4002, Limassol, Cyprus),
User – a natural person using the Website who is of legal age.
Account – part of the Website assigned to the User, accessible via Steam login.
Service – a paid or unpaid service provided electronically via the Website to the User.
Item – a virtual asset without physical form used in Counter-Strike 2.
Customer – a User purchasing an Item from the Seller.
§3 Ownership Rights
The Administrator holds proprietary copyrights and intellectual property rights to the Website, including its name, domain, logo, and all original content posted therein, or holds appropriate licenses to use them. 2. The Website is not affiliated with Valve Corporation and does not hold any rights to use textures, skins, or other materials belonging to Valve Corporation. 3. Use of such materials may only occur with Administrator's consent. Unauthorized distribution is a copyright infringement and may require compensation.
§4 Rules for Using the Website
Due to the ability to acquire virtual Items used in Counter-Strike 2 (classified by PEGI as for adults), the Website is strictly for users of legal age. The Administrator provides and recommends reviewing the “Parental Control” document describing tools to monitor underage internet activity.
Before using the Website, the User must read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and confirm their legal age. If the User does not accept the Terms or is underage, they must stop using the Website.
Only adults with full legal capacity may use the Website. Persons under 18 are prohibited. Age verification requires a declaration. Providing false information is a severe violation.
If the Administrator identifies an underage user, they may block all their Accounts. The User will be notified and can appeal via the Technical Support form. If the appeal is approved, the Account will be unblocked; if not, the Account will be permanently blocked, and the agreement terminated immediately. Complaints will be processed within 14 days. No claims can be made by the User in such a case.
The User must meet minimum technical requirements: an internet-connected device with cookies and JavaScript enabled. Service performance depends on User’s device and connection.
The Administrator prohibits:
a. Using the Website in violation of these Terms or its intended purpose.
b. Using the Website contrary to applicable laws, e.g. by submitting illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
c. Exploiting or attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
d. Impersonating another person or entity.
e. Disrupting Website operations, e.g. with unauthorized tools, viruses, overloading, spamming.
f. Reverse engineering or analyzing any components used in the Services.
g. Accessing, manipulating, or using non-public areas of the Website.
h. Downloading or compiling data to create databases or directories using bots, crawlers, etc.
i. Using the Website in ways inconsistent with the terms of the provided tools and technology.
Users must report any bugs or Terms violations by other users to the Administrator immediately.
If a User exploits bugs causing financial harm to the Website, the Administrator may block their Account. The same appeal process applies.
Except where immediate blocking is permitted, the Administrator may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ notice if the User fails to correct a violation.
The Website is available 24/7. Any maintenance will be announced on the main page.
Users may create and use an Account, and purchase Items. They can request account deletion anytime via email to [email protected].
Promotions, contests, and events may be held, governed by separate rules each time.
The Website may contain third-party links. The Administrator is not responsible for external content or damage caused by using such sites.
Users are responsible for keeping Steam login details safe and verifying the website URL before logging in. The Administrator is not liable for losses caused by:
Logging into a fake site,
Sharing login details,
Accepting fake trade offers created by unauthorized persons.
§5 Account
Using the Website’s services requires logging in via a previously created Steam account.
Login is only possible after accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy, and confirming legal age via checkbox.
Users are responsible for managing and securing their Account login credentials.
If login credentials are compromised, the User should use the password recovery function.
Logging in via Steam does not transmit any data to the Website.
The User is responsible for actions performed using their Account.
§6 Item Pricing
Item prices are set by suppliers. If prices differ from those shown on Steam or by the Seller, the supplier’s price applies.
Users can view their transaction history via their Account, but cannot download or permanently save it.
§7 Store
Users can purchase available Items on the Website.
Items can be found using search and filters or by browsing pages.
Each Item shows its price. To purchase, the User must have enough funds.
After the purchase of an Item, any remaining funds available on the User's Account within the Service are non-refundable. The User acknowledges and agrees that unused funds remaining on the Account after a purchase cannot be returned to the original payment method and may only be used within the Service.
§8 Complaints
The Seller is liable for defects under warranty, except when the Customer is a business user, in which case liability is excluded.
Users can file a complaint if they believe their rights were violated.

The complaint must include a Steam profile link and steamid64. It is recommended to also provide name, address, and issue description.
Complaints are reviewed within 14 days. If not responded to in time, they are considered accepted.
§9 Technical Support
For assistance, Users can contact support via the form in the “Technical Support” tab.
The form is available 24/7. Replies are provided 24/7 except holidays. In email cases, replies are sent to the email used for the last deposit.
The Administrator recommends using the form as it ensures faster responses than phone or email.
§10 KYC/AML Procedure
The Administrator ensures user activity complies with international AML/CFT laws. Verification may be required before or during usage. Software by Sumsub (https://sumsub.com/) is used.
All submitted documents are protected by internal procedures.
Suspicious behavior includes, but is not limited to:
a. Concealing identity or using false documents.
b. Using someone else’s payment methods and refusing proof of ownership.
c. Exploiting bugs.
d. Using multiple accounts.
e. Violating these Terms.
If suspicious activity is detected, the Administrator may:
a. Refuse or suspend the transaction.
b. Block or restrict the Account.
c. Require further KYC verification.
To unlock an Account or transaction, Users may be asked for: name, ID number, ID copy, selfie with ID, bank card photo (partially hidden), video, utility bill, bank statement, or payment confirmation.
Failure to provide documents may result in transaction denial.
Re-verification may be performed according to law or internal security procedures.
§11 Alternative Dispute Resolution
Users can seek free assistance with dispute resolution through a local consumer ombudsman or consumer protection organization.
Users will be informed of any changes to the Terms via the homepage, with a summary of changes and their effective date. No changes take effect earlier than 14 days from announcement. Lack of acceptance will result in termination of services with 30 days’ notice.
These Terms of Service are effective from June 1, 2025.
